Kickstarter Goal is Reached, but there's still a lot to do!

When we launched the Kickstarter, we never would  have guessed we'd have reached our $12,000 goal in less than a week!  It's very inspiring to know that people really want to hear new music from us.  Just because we've reached the goal doesn't mean the campaign is over, however.  Pledges are being accepted at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1801575573/district-97s-3rd-studio-album through the end of September.  There are still lots of great and exlcusive rewards available, and the more money we can raise, the more things we'll be able to do  Some of these things include:

-Hire outside musicians (we're thinking of using a string quartet on one of the songs)

-Record additional material

-Do more elaborate overdubbing

-Go on tour to promote the album (!)
